Sofie Issembert

Sofie Issembert is a Managing Director at EOS and responsible for asset management. Prior to joining EOS, Ms. Issembert was a Senior Vice President at BRE Hotels & Resorts, a Blackstone portfolio company, where she focused on hotel acquisitions and value-add opportunities for existing and prospective assets. From 2018 to 2022, she advised Blackstone on the purchase of over $3 billion of hotels. Prior to joining BRE Hotels & Resorts, Ms. Issembert spent over five years at Hotel Asset Value Enhancement (hotelAVE), where she advised on underwriting new acquisitions and actively managed a portfolio of hotels on the East Coast and in the Caribbean with a focus on value creation. Ms. Issembert received her B.S. from Cornell University’s School of Hotel Administration with a minor in Real Estate.
