Sarah Jancot

Sarah Jancot is Senior Investment Manager of Global Logistics Real Estate at NBIM, the manager of Norway’s oil fund, where she leads the North America Logistics portfolio. NBIM’s unlisted logistics portfolio in NA comprises approximately 120 million square feet across the US and Canada. As of Q2 2026, NBIM’s equity investment in NA private logistics real estate was approximately $8.8 billion. NBIM active listed logistics holdings consist of ~$1.0bn across 4 public REITs.

Prior to joining the logistics team in 2016, Sarah served in transactions roles in Europe, at NBIM and at BNP Paribas, with a primary focus on the office sector. Sarah holds a Msci in Management from ESSEC Business School, France and is a Columbia Business School alumni. Sarah serves on the RICS Americas World Regional Board.
