Ulf Brackmann

Ulf Brackmann is CEO of iKapital.eu, a German–African family office investing across real assets - real estate, infrastructure, energy, and data centres. He previously led enterprises developing renewable-energy and infrastructure projects for industry, SMEs, and agribusiness across Africa.

An entrepreneur, strategic thought leader, and executive coach, Ulf brings over 20 years of experience in management, strategy, and leadership development across finance, ICT, energy, and telecommunications.

He holds a Master's in Economics, Business Studies, and Occupational Psychology from the University of Augsburg, a coaching diploma from Oxford Brookes University, and a PhD in Management from EIM – The European Institute of Management.

Ulf recently established a research institute focused on institutional structures, risk governance, and capital allocation in real asset investment across mature and emerging markets — connecting his practitioner experience as a family office CEO with rigorous research and academic insight.
