As Chief Executive Officer of Value & Risk Advisory at JLL, Alexandra Bryant is spearheading industry transformation by delivering AI-enabled valuation services that transcend traditional point-in-time assessments. Her vision focuses on delivering scalable, dynamic, data-driven advisory services that create exceptional client value in today's increasingly complex real estate landscape. This transformative approach is underpinned by two strategic pillars: developing future-ready talent with advanced technical skills and AI expertise, and building next-generation standardized delivery models powered by artificial intelligence and real-time data analytics.

Experience

Alexandra has over 20 years of experience at JLL working across Europe, Asia and the Americas, developing deep expertise in complex deal structuring, international capital flows, and strategic execution. Starting in EMEA Capital Markets in 2005, she moved to Beijing in 2011 where she focused on retail investment across China, working with key foreign and domestic investors. She then pioneered JLL's buyside advisory expansion in New York City from 2015-2017, advising international investors on US market entry strategies. Returning to London in 2017, Alexandra rejoined the EMEA Capital Markets team focusing on global capital flows and large-scale transactions before being promoted to Global Head of Strategy and Operations for Capital Markets in 2020. In 2023, she became Global Head of Strategy & Corporate Development before assuming the role of CEO of Value and Risk Advisory.

Throughout her career, Alexandra has demonstrated expertise in strategic planning and business development with JLL's largest clients, bringing transactional, operational, and strategic leadership experience to her current role transforming the valuations business for the future.

Alexandra holds an MSc in Real Estate Investment from Cass Business School and a degree in Business Administration in Real Estate and Finance from the University of San Diego.
