Ana Guzmán is Partner and Chief Investment ＆ Impact Officer at Portocolom, a Spanish independent investment management company focused on sustainable and impact investments. She leads asset allocation strategy and the development of sustainable and impact portfolios across listed and private markets, working with institutional clients, high-net-worth individuals, and faith-based organizations.

With over 20 years of experience in asset management, Ana has held leadership roles at firms such as Aberdeen—where she served as Head of Southern Europe—and DekaBank. Since 2021, she is an Independent Board Member at Nordea Investment Funds, a European leader in ESG investing.

She holds a degree in Business Administration from CUNEF, a Master’s in Portfolio Management from IEB, and advanced certifications in ESG, leadership, and executive coaching. Ana believes in the power of finance as a force for social and environmental transformation, driven by purpose and financial discipline.
