Anne-Laure Coates brings over 25 years of hands-on experience across banking, alternative investments, and family office environments.
At the Private Equity Club, a Luxembourg-based fund-of-funds investing in top-tier private equity managers across Europe and the US, Anne-Laure built the firm's operating model from the ground up. She designed the governance and institutional-grade standards that allow the fund to scale with confidence, and shapes how the firm engages with its investors.
She is also the Founder and CEO of PA Office (formerly INY), which delivers the operational infrastructure of a multi-family office — without the asset management — to families, entrepreneurs and investors whose ecosystems have outgrown their admin.
