Charlotte Dewynter

Charlotte Dewynter is responsible for the infrastructure asset class within the Private Markets Group at Union Bancaire Privée (UBP) and is active in the selection of infrastructure investments (direct and indirect). Prior to joining UBP in 2019, Charlotte started her career in M&A at BNP Paribas where she spent almost 9 years based in London and Paris, in the valuation team and the Oil & Gas and Mining team. In 2008, she participated in the launch of Antin Infrastructure Partners. She was involved in the fund raising, the origination and the execution of transactions in several sectors (energy, telecom, transport). She was also involved in asset management and was sitting at the board of several companies.

Charlotte received a master’s degree in Corporate Finance and Financial Engineering from Université Paris Dauphine.
