Ditte joined Triton Partners in 2025 from Element Materials Technology, where she was EVP, Chief People Officer. Prior to that, she held several CHRO and HR leadership roles at Microsoft, RSA, BMI Group, Covetrus, and Arrow Electronics. Ditte holds an M.Sc. in Human Resource Management and a B.Sc. in Economics and Business Administration from Copenhagen Business School and has completed a Board Executive Degree at INSEAD.
