Elena is an Operating Principal in the Operational Improvement team at Investindustrial, where she partners with portfolio company CEOs and leadership teams to drive value creation, operational transformation, and growth across the firm's international portfolio. Based in London, she focuses on translating investment theses into actionable value creation plans, supporting businesses throughout the investment lifecycle.
Prior to joining Investindustrial, Elena worked at Accenture and EY within Strategy and Operations consulting teams, supporting industrial clients in the design and implementation of large-scale transformation programmes. She has extensive experience leading initiatives across operational improvement, procurement, supply chain optimisation, organisational effectiveness, and digital transformation.

Elena holds a Master's Degree in Physics and is passionate about working alongside entrepreneurs and management teams to build stronger, more scalable businesses and deliver sustainable value creation.
