Erem Kassim-Lakha

Erem is Senior Managing Director of Ontario Teachers’ Portfolio Solutions Group and leads our global value creation efforts for our $60B Private Capital business as well as for our Teachers Ventures Group.  She and her team are responsible for enhancing performance of our investments in North America, Europe and Asia, working closely with our portfolio company management teams and investment teams.

Prior to joining Ontario Teachers’ 4 years ago, Erem has had a successful 20+ year career as a senior executive in several private equity and non-private equity owned businesses, in global roles.  She has focused on operationalising bold transformations and innovations across a wide range of sectors.  Prior to that, Erem was a Partner in McKinsey’s Transformation Practice in London, Global Head of Client Strategy at Christie’s Manson, and was an early member of the portfolio team at Montagu Private Equity. 

Erem has an MBA from Harvard Business School, and a BA from Brown University in the US.
