Fiona is an Operating Partner in the Value Creation team at Three Hills Capital Partners, where she joined in May 2020 and leads the firm’s Digital and Technology deal and portfolio initiatives. In addition to her value creation responsibilities, she has also held several interim leadership roles across the portfolio, including Chair, CEO and Chief Digital Officer, and holds multiple ongoing directorships.

Prior to joining Three Hills, Fiona held senior leadership roles leading digital transformation at Jimmy Choo, Yoox (Milan), Liberty London, and Harrods, and began her career as a Management Consultant at Capgemini in London.

Fiona holds a BA (Hons) in Finance & Marketing from Strathclyde Business School and Nanyang Technological University, Singapore, and has pursued advanced studies in AI and Cyber Security.
