Harveen Judge is an Investment Director at Generation Investment Management, helping to lead the Private Equity strategy. Since joining in 2025, she has been driving the team’s efforts to source and invest in high-quality, mission-critical technology & services businesses. Her coverage areas include Energy Software (including helping manage Generation’s investment in the leading energy utility software provider Kraken Technologies) and Services.

Prior to Generation, Harveen spent several years at The Carlyle Group where she played a key role in executing complex global buyout transactions and supporting value creation across portfolio companies. Whilst at Carlyle, she served as a Board Director at Anthesis and as a Board Observer at Nouryon and Nobian.

She began her career in investment banking at Greenhill & Co. and holds a MA in Philosophy, Politics and Economics (“PPE”) from the University of Oxford.
