Jenny has over 30 years’ experience in investment asset management. She has a wealth of experience in private markets as well as public markets. Before joining London CIV in March 2025, she spent 13 years working at the Tesco pension fund where she experienced the closing of the DB scheme, its growth from £5.5bn to over £25bn, the introduction of an LDI programme and eventually its outsourcing to Schroders. She was Chief Investment Office from April 2020.

Jenny is a Church Commissioner for the Church of England where she chairs the Securities Sub-Committee. She is also the chair of the Swiss Life UK Asset Management; a real estate investment management business in the UK.
