Lizzie partners with LDC portfolio company management teams to deliver operational improvement, integration and carve out projects. Lizzie has over twenty years’ experience supporting companies across sectors to deliver their strategic priorities with a focus on synergies, integration and carve outs. She leads complex change programmes, managing risks and enhancing value whilst working collaboratively with management teams to focus not just on the financial and delivery aspects of any change programme but also the softer skills side including employee engagement and culture. Most recently, she supported the creation of Cora Health through the merger of LDC portfolio company Connect Health and BGF-backed Healthshare. Lizzie joined LDC from Cortus Advisory, where she built a value creation practice and previously was a Partner at KPMG in Deal Execution Strategy team focussing on the consumer and healthcare sectors.
