Partner, Co-Head of Capital Solutions & Head of Hg Wealth, Hg

Martina is a Partner and co-Head of the Capital Solutions Group, overseeing all fundraising related activities for the Firm. She also leads Hg’s private wealth strategy.

Martina is a member of the firm’s Senior Leadership Team (SLT), sits on the Steering Committee for Orion and is a Trustee of The Hg Foundation.

Martina joined Hg in 2009 from Citigroup. During her 17 years at Hg, she has focused on clients and fundraising and served as Deputy COO for close to three years until March 2022. Martina established Hg’s Culture Committee in 2019.
