Priya Jatia

Priya Jatia is a Vice President at ADV Partners, a Singapore headquartered pan-Asian private equity firm, with over US$1.2 billion in assets under management. She has more than a decade of investment experience across private equity, mergers & acquisitions and investment banking, with a focus on manufacturing, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, financial services, infrastructure, renewable energy and defence.

In her current role, Priya focuses on originating, evaluating, executing and managing private equity investments across India and frontier markets in South Asia. She works closely with founders, management teams and boards to drive strategic growth, operational value creation and successful portfolio exits.

Prior to joining ADV Partners, Priya was part of the Mergers & Acquisitions team at the Piramal Group, an Indian multinational conglomerate, and began her career in investment banking at Ambit Group. She holds an MBA in Finance, as well as degrees in Law and Commerce. She is an All India Rank-holding Chartered Accountant and a qualified Company Secretary.
