Saskia van den Bronk (1970, Dutch) has been Director European Investments since 1 May 2025. She is responsible for multiple non-listed real estate investments in Europe, is part of the Management Team of the International Investment Team and also a member of several Advisory Boards to represent bpfBOUW. Prior to this appointment, Saskia worked as Director Capital Markets Netherlands at a EU65 bln AuM global real asset investment manager PATRIZIA. In this role, she was among other responsible for raising capital for a number of real estate and infrastructure strategies. Prior to joining PATRIZIA, Saskia worked as a Director at Sweco Capital Consultants. In this role she worked, together with her team, on developing, investing and monitoring of investment strategies for both real estate as infrastructure clients and building and maintaining a strong network with institutional clients. Earlier in her career, Saskia gained more than 10 years of experience as a real estate developer across various real estate categories at major real estate companies in the Netherlands.
